Zmarł Andrzej Wajda – jeden z najwybitniejszych polskich reżyserów
Wczoraj wieczorem zmarł Andrzej Wajda, jeden z najwybitniejszych polskich reżyserów. Miał 90 lat.
Wajda współtworzył kino moralnego niepokoju, był wielokrotnie nagradzany za zasługi dla rozwoju kinematografii. W 2000 roku dostał Oscara za całokształt twórczości. Wyreżyserował kilkadziesiąt filmów – najbardziej znane to „Popiół i diament”, „Popioły”, „Ziemia obiecana”, „Człowiek z marmuru”, „Panny z Wilka”, „Człowiek z żelaza”, „Pan Tadeusz”, „Katyń” oraz „Wałęsa. Człowiek z nadziei”. Jego ostatni film – „Powidoki” – miał premierę we wrześniu na 41 Festiwalu Filmowym w Gdyni i w przyszłym roku będzie reprezentował polskie kino na Oskarach.
