Renciści oraz wcześniejsi emeryci mają jeszcze kilka dni na poinformowanie o dodatkowych dochodach
Pamiętaj by do końca lutego poinformować o dodatkowych przychodach – napomina ZUS dorabiających rencistów i osoby na wcześniejszej emeryturze. Jeśli tego nie zrobią mogą stracić świadczenie.
Chodzi zarówno o przychód z umowy o pracę, zlecenia czy o dzieło, a także z tytułu pełnienia funkcji członka rady nadzorczej oraz służby w tzw. „mundurówce”. Zaświadczenia wystawiają pracodawcy. W przypadku prowadzenia własnej działalności trzeba napisać oświadczenie samodzielnie – przychodem jest wtedy deklarowana podstawa wymiaru składek na ubezpieczenia społeczne. Renciści oraz wcześniejsi emeryci powinni pamiętać o ograniczeniach w dorabianiu. Świadczenie będzie zmniejszone, gdy przekroczymy 70 % przeciętnego miesięcznego wynagrodzenia. Po przekroczeniu drugiego progu, 130 % wynagrodzenia, emerytura lub renta za dany miesiąc nie przysługuje. Zaświadczenia o przychodach osiągniętych w ubiegłym roku trzeba dostarczyć do ZUS do końca lutego. Obowiązek ten nie dotyczy emerytów, którzy ukończyli powszechny wiek emerytalny, rencistów pobierający renty dla inwalidów wojennych i wojskowych oraz renty rodzinne przysługujące po uprawnionych do takich świadczeń.
