Moda na kuchnię po kaszubsku – gdańszczanie na warsztatach z Beatą Śniechowską
W CH Osowa, w sobotę Klienci mogli spróbować specjałów kuchni kaszubskiej przygotowanych przez uczestników warsztatów, które poprowadziła Beata Śniechowska. Centrum wypełniło się wspaniałymi zapachami i aromatami, a przybyli gdańszczanie mieli okazję skorzystać z wielu ciekawych atrakcji, nie tylko kulinarnych.
Wydarzenie „Moda na kuchnię po kaszubską” rozpoczęło się o godz. 11.00 od dwóch typowych dań: zupy brukwiowej i śledzika. Również obserwujący mieli okazję spróbować tego, co przygotowali Uczestnicy warsztatów. Następnie kulinarne wyzwanie podjęły dzieci z opiekunami. Tu w menu znalazły się plince kaszubskie – smażone placki ziemniaczane na słodko oraz zupa brukwiowa po kaszubsku. Dla najmłodszych i ich rodziców była to okazja do wspólnego spędzenia czasu w nietypowy sposób.
Łącznie odbyły się cztery tury warsztatów, a podczas ich trwania zdolności kulinarne miało okazję pogłębić 40 uczestników. Każdy z nich na zakończenie otrzymał specjalny upominek – książkę kucharską Beaty Śniechowskiej z autografem.
Dla uczestników i Klientów przygotowana była także niespodzianka: live cooking przeprowadzone przez gościa specjalnego i mistrza kuchni – Beatę Śniechowską. Podczas pokazu przygotowano tradycyjne dania w nowoczesnej odsłonie – ferkase, śledzika po kaszubsku oraz ruchanki z frużeliną wiśniowo-pomarańczową. Podczas trwania pokazów wydano ponad 200 porcji degustacyjnych klientom odwiedzających centrum.
Centrum handlowe Osowa zadbało także o specjalną rozrywkę dla dzieci. Dla młodych amatorów kuchni przygotowano specjalny kącik z grami oraz szereg zabaw prowadzonych przez animatora, takich jak tworzenie owocowo-warzywnych ludzików, odgadywanie smaku owoców czy wirujące talerze.
Dodatkową atrakcją dla odwiedzających tego dnia centrum były stoiska jarmarkowe. Klienci mieli okazję poznać specjały lokalnego producenta przetworów domowych powstałe z ekologicznych warzyw i owoców oraz przysmaki od Koła Gospodyń Wiejskich – świeże pieczywo i produkty mleczne. Ekologiczny i lokalny charakter eventu podkreślała muzyka oraz zielona scenografia.
