W Urzędzie Gminy Potęgowo otwarto punkt nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej
W Urzędzie Gminy Potęgowo działa już punkt nieodpłatnej pomocy prawnej. Otwarto go wczoraj dzięki porozumieniu z powiatem słupskim. Gmina użycza pomieszczenia, a powiat zobowiązał się przekazywać 3 procent dotacji celowej na pokrycie kosztów.
Punkt będzie otwarty w dni powszednie przez co najmniej 4 godziny dziennie. Pomoc prawna będzie świadczona przez radców z Zaborskiego Towarzystwa Naukowego z Brus. Przysługuje ona m.in. posiadaczom Karty Dużej Rodziny, kombatantom, osobom przed 26-tym rokiem życia oraz powyżej 65 lat, a także poszkodowanym przez klęski żywiołowe czy katastrofy naturalne.
