Stare centrum Żukowa będzie rewitalizowane
Jeszcze w tym roku mają ruszyć prace przy rewitalizacji starego centrum Żukowa.
– W ramach rewitalizacji zmodernizowany i zaadaptowany zostanie stary spichlerz oraz teren przy klasztorze Norbertanek – wylicza burmistrz Wojciech Kankowski:
Wszystko zależeć będzie od szybkiego rozstrzygnięcia przetargu. Gmina pozyskała 7 mln zł zewnętrznego dofinansowania na ten cel. Projekt obejmuje utworzenie Centrum Aktywności Rodzin i Centrum Kultury oraz stworzenie miejskiego parku z podświetlaną fontanną, placami zabaw dla dzieci, nowymi ławeczkami i oświetleniem. Wartość całej inwestycji to prawie 11 i pół mln zł.
