W Pucku będą dziś świętować 97. rocznicę Zaślubin Polski z Morzem
Mija dziś 97 lat, odkąd generał Józef Haller wrzucił do Bałtyku platynowy pierścień zaślubiając Polskę z Morzem. Huczne obchody tej rocznicy odbędą się dzisiaj w Pucku – miejscu tego historycznego wydarzenia.
– Będzie też akcent kaszubski – zapowiada burmistrz Pucka Hanna Pruchniewska.
Miasto dzięki temu przeszło do historii jako pierwszy i jedyny port wojenny Polski oraz siedziba Dowództwa Marynarki Wojennej. Główne obchody rozpoczną się o godzinie 9:30 na miejskim rynku, a po nabożeństwie w puckiej Farze kontynuowane będą w porcie rybackim: tradycyjnie wręczone zostaną Pierścienie Generała Hallera oraz Krzyże „Pro Mari Nostro” nadawane przez Ligę Morską i Rzeczną. O 12.00 z pokładu śmigłowca Marynarki Wojennej zostanie złożony wieniec na wody Zatoki Puckiej. W sobotę uroczystości rocznicowe odbędą się we Władysławowie. W niedzielę natomiast oba miasta połączy trzeci już bieg „Od Hallera do Hallera”, a w Pucku odbędzie się też zaślubinowe morsowanie.
