W bardziej komfortowych warunkach – można się meldować w gminie Wejherowo
W dogodnej porze w ten weekend, a od przyszłego tygodnia także w bardziej komfortowych warunkach – można się zameldować w gminie Wejherowo.
W ten piątek i sobotę kolejna tura wydłużonych dyżurów urzędników z Referatu Spraw Obywatelskich. Wprowadzono je po sygnałach od mieszkańców, że trudno im dopełnić procedur w standardowych godzinach pracy Urzędu. Władze gminy Wejherowo szacują, że bez meldunku może być nawet 3 tysiące mieszkańców. – To znacząca liczba – ocenia sekretarz gminy Ryszard Stachurski – i strata dla budżetu. Do samorządu bowiem trafia 40 procent podatku PIT od zameldowanych mieszkańców bądź od osób które rozliczając się z fiskusem wskażą go jako miejsce zamieszkania. Dodatkowe dyżury meldunkowe w gminie Wejherowo w piątek od 15:30 do 18:30 i w sobotę między 9:00 a 12:00.
Natomiast od pierwszego lipca Referat Spraw Obywatelskich wraz z Referatem Finansowym mieścić się będzie przy ulicy Transportowej 1. Nowa siedziba to większy komfort załatwiania urzędowych spraw. Nie zmienią się przy tym numery telefonów, faksów i adres poczty elektronicznej.
