Ostrzegają przed fałszywymi komornikami w internecie
Chodzi o wiadomości mailowe informujące o wszczęciu egzekucji z nieruchomości i zawierające link do rzekomego orzeczenia sądu.
Kliknięcie w ten odsyłacz powoduje instalację złośliwego oprogramowania, które może wyrządzić nieodwracalne skutki w systemach informatycznych, w tym utratę bądź kradzież danych. Resort w komunikacie na swojej stronie internetowej zaleca ostrożność przy pobieraniu plików ze źródeł niewiadomego pochodzenia. Przypomina też, że komornicy sądowi są zobowiązani są do przesłania zawiadomienia o wszczęciu egzekucji w formie pisemnej i nie jest dopuszczalne kierowanie takich zawiadomień drogą mailową.
