Uproszczone procedury i podniesione odszkodowania dla poszkodowanych – w rozporządzeniu szefa MSWiA
Uproszczone procedury, podniesione odszkodowania dla poszkodowanych przez nawałnice – wprowadza rozporządzenie opublikowane przez MSWiA.
Przygotowane przepisy mają ułatwić i przyspieszyć szacowanie strat – czytamy na stronie internetowej resortu. Oprócz rzeczoznawców straty mogą oceniać pracownicy inspektoratów nadzoru budowlanych. Rozporządzenie wymienia również 100 gmin z województw: pomorskiego, kujawsko-pomorskiego i wielkopolskiego, w których będą obowiązywały uproszczone procedury. Tam, gdzie dziś potrzebne jest zezwolenie na budowę, teraz wystarczy zgłoszenie. Remont będzie można przeprowadzić bez żadnych formalności. Uproszczony zostanie też odbiór budynku, który został wyremontowany lub odbudowany. Kwota odszkodowania, w formie zasiłku celowego, na odbudowę budynków mieszkalnych została podwyższona ze stu do 200 tys. zł. Rozporządzenie wprowadza też możliwość ubiegania się o odszkodowanie w przypadku zniszczonych przez burze budynków gospodarczych – będzie można otrzymać do stu tysięcy złotych.
