T-Mobile Polska pod lupą UOKiK. Postępowanie wszczęto w związku ze świadczeniem serwisu „Granie na Czekanie”/„Szafa Gra” oraz usługi dodatkowej „Prenumerata”.
Chodzi o odtwarzanie utworów muzycznych podczas oczekiwania na połączenie oraz usługę udostępniania informacji i serwisów rozrywkowych. Przez okres promocyjny korzystanie z tych usług jest nieodpłatne. Z informacji zebranych przez Urząd Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów wynika, że T-Mobile automatycznie włącza klientom te usługi przy zawarciu umowy lub po doładowaniu kont. Jeżeli po zakończeniu okresu bezpłatnego samodzielnie nie zrezygnujemy z tych usług, będziemy musieli ponosić dodatkowe koszty, choć nie wyraziliśmy na niej wyraźnej zgody.
Postępowanie przeciwko T-Mobile może zakończyć się m.in. wydaniem decyzji zakazującej stosowania praktyki naruszającej zbiorowe interesy konsumentów oraz nałożeniem kary pieniężnej.
