Są efekty działania Pomorskiej Izby Gospodarczej Żywności Naturalnej i Tradycyjnej
Są już pierwsze efekty działania Pomorskiej Izby Gospodarczej Żywności Naturalnej i Tradycyjnej. Skupiająca 50 podmiotów organizacja – działa na rzecz promocji i pomocy producentom i przetwórcom żywności naturalnej. W jej skład wchodzą między innymi restauratorzy oraz właściciele firm, sklepów i gospodarstw agroturystycznych. Niedawno nawiązali współpracę z włoskimi producentami żywności tradycyjnej biorąc udział w wyjeździe studyjnym organizowanym przez Urząd Marszałkowski. Do tego prezentowali swoje wyroby podczas Jarmarku Dominikańskiego w Gdańsku. Największym wyzwaniem dotychczas – było zmierzenie się z unijnym zakazem tradycyjnego wędzenia wędlin – mówi prezes Izby Robert Skórczewski. Z prezesem Pomorskiej Izby Gospodarczej Żywności Naturalnej i Tradycyjnej rozmawiała Ania Cupa – Dziemińska. Izba ma być zarejestrowana do końca tego miesiąca.
