To będzie dobry sezon dla zbieraczy runa leśnego. Mieszkańcy południowych Kaszub i Borów Tucholskich ruszyli do lasów na grzyby i jagody. W tym roku owoce lasu wyjątkowo obrodziły. Jagodom nie zaszkodziły majowe susze i przymrozki. Do tego sezon – ze względu na wczesną wiosnę – również jest przyspieszony. Niezadowalające dla zbieraczy mogą być jedynie ceny runa leśnego na skupach, które są podobne do tych sprzed 10 lat. To wpływ konkurencji ze wschodu – mówi dyrektor jednej z firm skupujących runo leśne Robert Skórczewski. Coraz częściej grzyby i jagody eksportują tańsze kraje takie jak Białoruś, Ukraina czy Bułgaria. W sezonie firmy skupują dziennie na Kaszubach po 10 ton jagód i 2 tony kurki. W skupie za kilogram tych pierwszych zbieracze otrzymują 7 zł, kurki obecnie kosztują około 12 złotych.
