Rusza rządowy program „Mieszkanie Plus”
Rusza rządowy program „Mieszkanie Plus” – pilotażowo w 17 miastach. W województwie pomorskim przystąpiły do niego Pelplin i Starogard Gdański. Przedstawiciele samorządów podpisali listy intencyjne z Bankiem Gospodarstwa Krajowego Nieruchomości.
Zgodnie z uchwalonym we wrześniu przez Radę Ministrów programem powstawać mają m.in. tanie mieszkania na wynajem z możliwością nabycia do nich prawa własności. Średni czynsz, bez uwzględnienia kosztów eksploatacji oraz mediów, ma wynieść od 10 do 20 zł za metr kwadratowy. W opcji najmu z docelowym wykupem czynsz będzie większy o 20%. Lokale mają być budowane na gruntach Skarbu Państwa i samorządów.
Poszczególne działania programu mają być wspierane ze środków pozyskiwanych przez Narodowy Fundusz Mieszkaniowy, z budżetu państwa oraz innych środków publicznych – jak Narodowy Fundusz Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej czy fundusze unijne oraz ze środków prywatnych.
