Ratunkowy dostęp do technologii lekowych i zmiany w antykoncepcji awaryjnej
Ratunkowy dostęp do technologii lekowych wprowadza projekt przyjęty przez rząd. Są też zmiany w przepisach dotyczących antykoncepcji awaryjnej.
Ratunkowy dostęp do technologii lekowych ma umożliwić pacjentom nieodpłatne otrzymanie leku ratującego życie, jeśli nie jest on refundowany. Jak podano w komunikacie opublikowanym przez resort zdrowia: Minister zdrowia będzie mógł wydać indywidualną zgodę na pokrycie kosztów takich leków, jeśli m.in. ich użycie będzie uzasadnione i poparte aktualną wiedzą medyczną a u pacjenta zostały wyczerpane wszystkie możliwe do zastosowania dostępne technologie medyczne. Projekt wprowadza także zmiany w prawie farmaceutycznym, według których hormonalne leki antykoncepcyjne będą mogły być sprzedawane jedynie na receptę. Dotyczy to także tzw. pigułki dzień po, czyli antykoncepcji awaryjnej, którą od 2015 roku osoby powyżej 15 lat mogły kupić bez kontroli lekarza.
