Pracodawcy chętnie korzystają z funduszu szkoleniowego
Pracodawcy coraz chętniej korzystają ze środków Krajowego Funduszu Szkoleniowego – oceniają w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Gdańsku.
– To narzędzie coraz chętniej wykorzystywane w regionie i dla nas wyjątkowe – mówiła dziś na naszej antenie Lidia Metel z Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Gdańsku.
W tym roku pomorskie pośredniaki będą miały w sumie 9 i pół miliona złotych na dofinansowanie szkoleń o które zwrócą się pracodawcy – by podnieść kwalifikacje swoje bądź swoich pracowników. Pośredniaki zwykle aktywizują bezrobotnych, natomiast ustanowiony w 2014 roku Krajowy Fundusz Szkoleniowy służy temu by pracownika w firmie zatrzymać dzięki podniesieniu jego kompetencji.
Zarząd Województwa Pomorskiego podzielił już 9,5 miliona złotych na finansowanie Krajowego Funduszu Szkoleniowego między powiatowe urzędy pracy – np. do Kartuz i Wejherowa trafi ponad pół miliona złotych, do Kościerzyny prawie 300 tysięcy, do Pucka ponad 240 tysięcy złotych.
