Ponad 350 tysięcy podpisów dla ustawy o ograniczeniu handlu w niedzielę
Ponad 350 tysięcy podpisów zebrali związkowcy z Solidarności pod projektem ustawy o ograniczeniu handlu w niedzielę.
Poinformował o tym przewodniczący NSZZ Solidarność Piotr Duda podczas gdańskich, rocznicowych obchodów podpisania Porozumień Sierpniowych. Zgodnie z jego zapowiedzią, projekt ustawy ma jutro trafić do sejmu. Przewodniczący Solidarności zadeklarował też, że akcje zbiórkowe będą kontynuowane, mimo iż do złożenia projektu wystarczy sto tysięcy podpisów. Projekt zakłada objęcie zakazem większości placówek handlowych, m. in. hipermarketów, domów wysyłkowych, stoisk i hurtowni. Natomiast pracować w niedzielę miałyby np. stacje benzynowe, sklepy dworcowe, piekarnie czy apteki. Zaproponowano też sankcje za łamanie zakazu: grzywnę, ograniczenie wolności bądź pozbawienie wolności do dwóch lat.
