Pielęgniarki przeciwne szkołom branżowym
Wprowadzenia nowego trybu nauczania chce resort zdrowia. Propozycja ministra Konstantego Radziwiłla to trzyletnia szkoła zawodowa po gimnazjum dająca tytuł pielęgniarki-astystentki i uzupełniająca trzyletnia szkoła policealna zakończona dyplomem pielęgniarki.
– To oznacza obniżenie jakości kształcenia – mówiła dziś w audycji Dzień Dobry Kaszuby przewodnicząca Okręgowej Izby Pielęgniarek i Położnych w Gdańsku Anna Czarnecka.
– Tylko dobrze wykształcone pielęgniarki w odpowiedniej liczbie na oddziale są w stanie zapewnić właściwą opiekę pacjentom – podkreśla Anna Czarnecka. I nie pomoże wprowadzenie asystentek, gdy w cenie są pielęgniarskie specjalizacje. W Polsce kształci się rocznie 7,5 tysiąca pielęgniarek – z czego tylko jedna piąta podejmuje tu pracę, resztę kuszą lepsze warunki płacy i pracy w krajach zachodnich.
