Odzież ostrzegawcza pod lupą Inspekcji Handlowej
Co druga kamizelka ostrzegawcza nie zdała testu w laboratorium – w kontrolach Inspekcji Handlowej. W drugim kwartale zeszłego roku inspektorzy sprawdzali odzież ostrzegawczą, odblaski i ochronniki słuchu, głównie w hurtowniach i sklepach w 9 województwach.
– Obok braku deklaracji zgodności i błędów w instrukcjach powodem były negatywne wyniki badań laboratoryjnych – mówi Alicja Liszewska z Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.
Z 53 produktów zakwestionowali 30 procent. W przypadku odblasków nie stwierdzono nieprawidłowości. Potwierdzeniem, że element odblaskowy spełnia wymagania, jest znak CE, umieszczany bezpośrednio na wyrobie lub na etykiecie – mówi Malwina Buszko z UOKiK. Po kontrolach Inspekcji Handlowej większość przedsiębiorców dobrowolnie usunęła błędy. Prezes UOKiK wszczął postępowanie w pięciu sprawach.
