Obowiązuje już ustawa o pozasądowym rozwiązywaniu sporów
UOKiK otworzył punkt informacyjny, który ma pomóc w skorzystaniu z tego systemu.
Nowe przepisy mają uprościć i przyśpieszyć rozwiązywanie konfliktu z konsumentami. Można z nich skorzystać gdy przedsiębiorca nie przyjmuje reklamacji, a my nie chcemy sprawy kierować do sądu – wtedy z pomocą przyjedzie niezależny mediator. Ustawa obowiązuje od 10 stycznia i nakłada na firmy obowiązek informowania klientów, czy zgadzają się na polubowne rozstrzygnięcie sporu. W Urzędzie Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów uruchomiono punkt kontaktowy dla zainteresowanych skorzystaniem z mediacji.
Punkt informacyjny o pozasądowym rozstrzyganiu sporów mieści się w Warszawie, ale informację można też uzyskać telefonicznie lub za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej. Numer i adres opublikowano na stronie internetowej UOKiK.
