Młodzież nie kupi już e-papierosów
Młodzież nie kupi już e-papierosów, nie będzie ich też można używać w miejscach z zakazem palenia – wynika z nowelizacji ustawy przyjętej przez Sejm.
Wprowadza ona zakaz sprzedaży papierosów elektronicznych i pojemników z zapasowym płynem osobom poniżej 18-u lat oraz w automatach. Zakazana będzie też sprzedaż papierosów posiadających charakterystyczny aromat – z wyjątkiem papierosów mentolowych. Nowelizacja ogranicza miejsca używania papierosów elektronicznych, analogicznie do obecnie obowiązującego zakazu palenia wyrobów tytoniowych w miejscach publicznych np. na przystankach, w szpitalach, szkołach i obiektach sportowo-rekreacyjnych.
Zakazane będzie reklamowanie i promocja e-papierosów oraz pojemników zapasowych. Nowela wprowadza też zmiany dotyczące klasycznych wyrobów tytoniowych. Na ich opakowaniach będą teraz musiały znaleźć się ostrzeżenia zdrowotne – zarówno tekstowe, jak i graficzne. Będą to m.in. hasła: „palenie niszczy zęby i dziąsła”, „paleniem możesz zabić swoje nienarodzone dziecko” i „palenie jest przyczyną miażdżycy”.
