Ministerstwo Gospodarki Morskiej planuje duże zmiany w rozwoju rybołówstwa
Duże zmiany w rozwoju rybołówstwa w Polsce planuje Ministerstwo Gospodarki Morskiej. Wczoraj minister Marek Gróbarczyk zapowiedział w Ustce renegocjację Programu Operacyjnego Ryby 2014-2020. To największy program unijny, w którym Polska ma do dyspozycji 710 mln euro.
Jak donosi dzisiaj portal gospodarskamorska.pl minister Gróbarczyk chce przesunięcia środków i przeznaczenia większych kwot na inwestycje. Celem zmiany ma być przede wszystkim zabezpieczenie dalszego funkcjonowania rybaków. Nowa koncepcja zakłada oparcie bałtyckiego rybołówstwa na połowach konsumpcyjnych, na rybołówstwie na małą skalę i zwiększeniu kontroli połowów przemysłowych. Minister podał, że planowane jest wzmocnienie służb kontrolujących rybołówstwo morskie i śródlądowe w Polsce. W tym celu mają być doposażone i połączone dotychczasowe trzy Okręgowe Inspektoraty Rybołówstwa Morskiego w Gdyni, Słupsku i Szczecinie.
