Emeryturę można podwyższyć przeliczając świadczenia
Emeryturę można podwyższyć zwracając się o przeliczenie świadczenia – podpowiada Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych. Zastrzega jednak, że jest to możliwe tylko na wniosek i w przypadku określonym w ustawie.
– Na wzrost świadczenia można też liczyć gdy emeryturę przyznano przed 2009 rokiem, a brakowało dokumentów potwierdzających wysokość zarobków – wyjaśnia rzecznik prasowy pomorskiego oddziału ZUS Krzysztof Cieszyński.
Do emerytur przyznawanych na starych zasadach można np. doliczyć okresy jeśli odnalazły się dokumenty potwierdzające pracę, których nie uwzględniono przy poprzednim przeliczeniu. Inna możliwość podwyższenia emerytury dotyczy przypadków, w których wskazywane są zarobki uzyskane w całości lub w części już po przyznaniu emerytury. O przeliczenie trzeba się do ZUS-u zwrócić składając wniosek. Nic się przy tym nie traci. Nawet gdyby przeliczenie wskazało na obniżenie emerytury, to będzie ona wypłacana w dotychczasowej wysokości.
