Elektroniczne papierosy tylko dla dorosłych
Nie będzie ich można używać w miejscach, w których obowiązuje zakaz palenia – przewiduje nowela ustawy podpisana przez prezydenta Andrzeja Dudę.
Według nowych przepisów zakazane będzie udostępnianie i sprzedaż papierosów elektronicznych i pojemników z płynem osobom poniżej 18 lat. Nie będzie też można kupić e-papierosów i pojemników zapasowych w automatach, a także zakazana będzie sprzedaż papierosów posiadających charakterystyczny aromat – z wyjątkiem mentolowych, na które ustanowiono w dyrektywie okres przejściowy do 2020 roku. Nowa regulacja ogranicza też miejsca używania papierosów elektronicznych.
Zakaz będzie obowiązywał wszędzie tam, gdzie nie można palić klasycznych wyrobów tytoniowych, czyli np. na przystankach, w szpitalach, szkołach i obiektach sportowo-rekreacyjnych, miejscach pracy. Zakazana będzie również reklama i promowanie e-papierosów. Nowela wprowadza również zmiany dotyczące klasycznych wyrobów tytoniowych. Na ich opakowaniach będą teraz musiały znaleźć się ostrzeżenia zdrowotne – zarówno tekstowe, jak i graficzne. Przepisy wejdą w życie 14 dni od ogłoszenia ustawy.
