Dziś przypada Narodowy Dzień Pamięci „Żołnierzy Wyklętych”
Obchodzony po raz siódmy by przypomnieć o tych, którzy po drugiej wojnie światowej walczyli w antykomunistycznym podziemiu.
„Żołnierze niezłomni” – bo tak też bywają nazywani, walczyli w podziemiu w latach 1944-56. Centralne obchody święta odbędą się w Warszawie, a w całej Polsce uroczyste apele pamięci, wystawy, msze święte, przemarsze. Na Kaszubach imię Żołnierzy Niezłomnych nosi Szkoła Podstawowa w Pobłociu w gminie Linia. Uroczystości upamiętniające patronów odbyły się tam już w poniedziałek. Tym razem społeczność gminy Linia wspomniała komandorów: Zbigniewa Przybyszewskiego, Stanisława Mieszkowskiego oraz Jerzego Staniewicza – bohaterów kampanii wrześniowej, obrońców Helu, którzy po powrocie z niewoli w 1945 roku rozpoczęli obudowę Marynarki Wojennej oraz zniszczonego wojną kraju. Aresztowi w 1950 r. oskarżeni przez Informację Wojskową o zdradę, torturowani i skazani na śmierć. Wyrok wykonano w grudniu 1952 r. na Warszawskim Mokotowie.
