Będą umorzenia podatku leśnego dla poszkodowanych nawałnicą właścicieli lasów prywatnych, ale każdy z nich będzie musiał wystąpić o nie indywidualnie. Taki wspólny sposób postępowania przyjęli wójtowie gmin z terenów „ponawałnicowych”.
– Każdy z właścicieli otrzyma nakaz podatkowy, ale nie będzie musiał płacić – tłumaczy wójt gminy Dziemiany Leszek Pobłocki.
W spotkaniu udział wzięli przedstawiciele Brus, Dziemian, Lipusz, Studzienic, Sulęczyna i gminy Chojnice. Zgodnie z interpretacją Ministerstwa Finansów właściciele lasów, które zniszczyła sierpniowa wichura, powinni płacić podatek do czasu posadzenia w tym miejscu nowego drzewostanu. Aby temu zapobiec, wójtowie wypracowali wspólny sposób udzielania umorzeń. Ulgi będą udzielane adekwatnie do stopnia degradacji lasu, określonego w decyzjach starostwa powiatowego. Szacuje się, że tylko na terenie powiatu kościerskiego nawałnica zniszczyła blisko dwa i pół tysiąca hektarów prywatnych lasów. W gminie Dziemiany poszkodowanych w ten sposób zostało około stu właścicieli. – Prosimy ich przede wszystkim o wyrozumiałość – mówi wójt Leszek Pobłocki. Wnioski o umorzenie podatku leśnego właściciele mogą składać w Urzędach Gmin po upływie terminu płatności pierwszej raty, czyli po 15 marca.
