ARiMR zarejestruje Koła Gospodyń Wiejskich
Ustawę określającą zasady ich tworzenia podpisał Andrzej Duda. Nowe przepisy mają nadać kołom osobowość prawną i m.in. wspierać ich działalność na rzecz rozwoju przedsiębiorczości na terenach wiejskich.
Zgodnie z ustawą koło gospodyń wiejskich to dobrowolna, niezależna od administracji rządowej i jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, samorządna społeczna organizacja mieszkańców wsi. Ma reprezentować interesy i działać na rzecz poprawy sytuacji społeczno-zawodowej kobiet wiejskich oraz ich rodzin, a także wspierać rozwój terenów wiejskich. Na terenie jednej wsi może mieć siedzibę jedno koło gospodyń wiejskich – choć to ograniczenie nie będzie dotyczyć KGW działających na podstawie dotychczasowych przepisów. Członkiem koła może być osoba w wieku co najmniej 18-u lat zamieszkująca we wsi objętej terenem działalności danego KGW. Młodsze osoby mogą w niej uczestniczyć za zgodą przedstawicieli ustawowych – tu dolną granicę określono na 13 lat. Koło może założyć dziesięć osób.
Krajowy Rejestr Kół Gospodyń Wiejskich prowadzić będzie Agencja Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa, która na swojej stornie internetowej opublikowała wzory dokumentów.
