Inspekcja Handlowa skontrolowała firmy cateringowe
Szpitale, szkoły i przedszkola powinny lepiej nadzorować firmy dostarczające im posiłki – apeluje UOKiK. Alarmujące są wyniki kontroli przeprowadzonych przez Inspekcję Handlową.
Sprawdzono 83 firmy cateringowe, które gotowały dla 282 instytucji. Kontrolerzy wykryli nieprawidłowości u ponad 70 proc. przedsiębiorców. Firmy używały przeterminowanych produktów, nie podawały informacji o alergenach, stosowały tańsze zamienniki, a porcje były niedoważone. Dla przykładu dzieci ze żłobka zamiast umieszczonego w jadłospisie masła, kakao i sałatki z jogurtem dostały miks tłuszczowy, napój kakaowy typu instant i produkt jogurtopodobny. Przedsiębiorcy już w czasie kontroli wycofywali przeterminowane produkty i usuwali inne nieprawidłowości. Inspekcja Handlowa nałożyła na winnych kary i mandaty. Wymierzono też 31 kar pieniężnych w łącznej wysokości 23 tys zł.
