Prezydent podpisał ustawę przeciwdziałającą wzrostowi cen prądu
Zaczynamy od informacji o przepisach, mających zapobiec wzrostowi cen prądu. Jak podała kancelaria prezydenta RP Andrzej Duda podpisał nowelizację odpowiedniej ustawy. Nowe przepisy zmniejszają akcyzę na energię elektryczną z 20 do 5 zł za MWh oraz obniżają o 95 % opłatę przejściową, płaconą co miesiąc przed odbiorców energii elektrycznej.
Opłaty przesyłowe i dystrybucyjne płacone przez odbiorców zostają zamrożone na poziomie z 31 grudnia 2018 roku. Z kolei ceny energii w 2019 roku zostają ustalone na poziomie taryf i cenników sprzedawców obowiązujących 30 czerwca bieżącego roku. Sprzedawcy, którzy kupią energię na rynku drożej, będą otrzymywać bezpośredni zwrot utraconego przychodu z tworzonego przez ustawę Funduszu Wypłaty Różnicy Ceny. Sposób zwrotu określi minister energii w rozporządzeniu, używając średnioważonej ceny rynkowej energii. Na spadku akcyzy w 2019 roku odbiorcy mają zaoszczędzić 1 mld 850 mln zł, na spadku opłaty przejściowej – 2 mld 240 mln zł. Na wypłatę różnicy cen zarezerwowano 4 mld zł. Według rządu, wszystkie te działania powinny pokryć w całości ewentualny wzrost rynkowych cen energii rzędu 60-100 zł/MWh.
