Minister do spraw rozwoju wsi będzie sprawował pieczę nad ODR
Ośrodki Doradztwa Rolniczego podlegają już ministrowi właściwemu do spraw rozwoju wsi. Nowe przepisy weszły w życie 20 sierpnia – podaje Ministerstwo Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi.
Z samorządowych wojewódzkich osób prawnych Ośrodki Doradztwa Rolniczego stały się państwowymi jednostkami organizacyjnymi posiadającymi osobowość prawną. W myśl nowych regulacji to minister nadaje statuty poszczególnym ODR, powołuje dyrektorów oraz członków Rad Społecznych Doradztwa Rolniczego. Zmieni się skład tych rad, ponieważ zwiększa się liczba ich członków z 11 do 12. Dodatkowo w każdej radzie będzie przedstawiciel ministra do spraw rozwoju wsi. Nowe rady mają być powołane w ciągu najbliższych dwóch miesięcy. Nie zmieniły się natomiast przepisy, w myśl których ODR w swojej działalności powinny współpracować z jednostkami samorządu terytorialnego. Gminy, powiaty i samorząd województwa mogą także udzielać ODR dotacji na wykonywanie zadań z zakresu doradztwa rolniczego.
