Punkty karne za jazdę na chodniku – nowy taryfikator mandatów
Punkty karne za jazdę na chodniku – to jedna z projektowanych zmian nowego taryfikatora mandatów.
Ma on racjonalizować system punktów karnych, ale nie zwiększać kar w ogólności – zapowiedział wiceszef MSWiA Jarosław Zieliński. Poinformował też – jak podała Polska Agencja Prasowa – że w niektórych kategoriach, za mniej groźne wykroczenia, punkty karne nie będą sumowane. Niemniej projekt przewiduje nakładanie pięciu punktów karnych za jazdę po chodniku i pasach oraz za wyprzedzanie z niewłaściwej strony – za co do tej pory nie karano punktami.
Zwiększy się kara za parkowanie na „kopercie” z pięciu do siedmiu. Podwojona ma być liczba punktów za niezapięcie pasów bezpieczeństwa, brak kasku i niezatrzymanie się przed znakiem „Stop”. Projekt jest w uzgodnieniach międzyresortowych, nowy taryfikator ma obowiązywać od początku przyszłego roku.
