Pielęgniarki i położne oceniają projekt Ministerstwa Zdrowia
To powrót do czasów PRL – tak pielęgniarki i położne oceniają projekt Ministerstwa Zdrowia o zmianach w ustawie o podstawowej opiece zdrowotnej. Protestują przeciwko ograniczeniu dostępu do świadczeń zdrowotnych, które wg nich pogorszy sytuację pacjentów.
Przygotowywana regulacja zakłada rozwiązanie NFZ-owskich kontraktów z pielęgniarkami rodzinnymi i położnymi i przypisanie ich do kierowanych przez lekarzy zintegrowanych zespołów rodzinnych. Środowiska pielęgniarskie sprzeciwiają się temu, bo jak tłumaczy przewodnicząca okręgowej rady Komitetu Obrony Pielęgniarek i Położnych, Anna Czarnecka: lekarze nie będą mieli czasu na zarządzanie personelem.
Według pielęgniarek pogorszy się także sytuacja pacjentów, którzy utkną w kolejkach, by skorzystać ze świadczeń. Wiceminister zdrowia Piotr Warczyński podkreśla, że na razie są to tylko propozycje, które będą jeszcze konsultowane z pielęgniarkami i lekarzami. Założenia do projektu ustawy mają być gotowe do końca bieżącego roku.
