UOKiK przestrzega przed pismami przypominającymi wezwanie do zapłaty
Przed pismami przypominającymi sądowe wezwanie do zapłaty – przestrzega UOKiK zalecając ostrożność gdy otrzymamy pismo od firmy windykacyjnej.
– Tymczasem nakaz zapłaty może być wydany jedynie przez sąd powszechny – mówi Zuzanna Gołąb z UOKiK.
Do Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów docierają sygnały, że konsumenci otrzymują od Kancelarii Spraw Sądowych i Windykacyjnych pisma zatytułowane NAKAZY ZAPŁATY w trybie wezwania do zapłaty. Są one wysyłane w imieniu Polskiego Centrum Telemedycznego i mogą wprowadzać w błąd. Zastrzeżenia Urzędu wzbudza treść oraz forma graficzna wezwań, która może sugerować oficjalne pismo z sądu. Używa się w nim sformułowań typu: po rozpoznaniu sprawy, nakazuje się dłużnikowi, postanawia doliczyć, stosowane jest też powoływanie się na sygnaturę akt.
W razie wątpliwości przy weryfikacji otrzymywanych pism skorzystać można z bezpłatnej porady prawnej – za pośrednictwem telefonicznej infolinii, poczty elektronicznej bądź w oddziałach Federacji Konsumentów.
