Minimum 12 zł brutto za godzinę pracy na umowę-zlecenie
Minimum 12 zł brutto za godzinę pracy na umowę-zlecenie oraz dla samozatrudnionych – zakłada projekt ustawy, przyjęty wczoraj przez rząd.
Nowe przepisy mają wejść w życie 1 stycznia przyszłego roku. Obecnie pensja minimalna dotyczy tylko osób zatrudnionych na etat. Za wypłacanie przyjmującemu zlecenie lub świadczącemu usługi wynagrodzenia poniżej minimalnej stawki godzinowej grozić mają grzywny od 1 tys. zł do 30. tys. zł. Kontrolą wypłaty wynagrodzeń zgodnie z projektem zajmie się Państwowa Inspekcja Pracy.
