Policja apeluje do motocyklistów o przestrzeganie zasad ruchu
Wiosenna ładna, słoneczna pogoda sprzyja motocyklistom. Na drogach można zauważyć wzmożony ruch jednośladów.
– Górę nad rozsądkiem bierze brawura i brak poszanowania dla bezpieczeństwa innych – mówi rzecznik prasowy wejherowskiej policji Anna Hennig, a wtedy o tragedię nie trudno – dodaje.
Policja apeluje do wszystkich fanów dwóch kółek oraz do kierowców samochodów o rozwagę i bezpieczną jazdę. Uszkodzenia asfaltu, do tego piach na jezdni oraz wzmożony ruch, to potencjalne zagrożenie dla motocyklistów. Wystarczy chwila nieuwagi, gwałtowny manewr i wywrotka na jednośladzie jest pewna. Niestety na drogach nie brakuje motocyklistów nie przestrzegających przepisów ruchu drogowego.
Zderzenie motocyklisty z innym pojazdem lub drzewem, zwykle kończy się tragicznie. Zdecydowanie najczęstszą przyczyną wypadków z udziałem motocyklistów jest m.in. nadmierna prędkość i przecenianie swoich umiejętności, przejeżdżanie na czerwonym świetle, wciskanie się między samochody, a w końcu zwykłe popisy.
