Nieprawidłowo informują o cenach produktów i usług
Ponad 600 decyzji dotyczących nieprawidłowego informowania o cenach produktów i usług wystawiła w ubiegłym roku Inspekcja Handlowa. Suma nałożonych kary wyniosła ponad 300 tysięcy złotych.
– Najczęściej jednak mają problem z informowaniem o cenach jednostkowych – czyli za litr, metr, albo kilogram produktu – wyjaśnia Dariusz Łomowski z Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów.
Przedsiębiorcy mają obowiązek informować klientów o cenie oferowanych produktów czy usług w sposób czytelny, widoczny i jednoznaczny. Z praktyki Inspekcji Handlowej wynika, że często mają problem z podawaniem spójnych danych – czyli jednolitej informacji przy towarze oraz kasie. Stosują też „widełki” cenowe, bez jasnej informacji od czego zależy konkretny koszt ponoszony przez klienta. Maksymalna kara za niewłaściwe informowanie o cenach to 20 tysięcy złotych.
