Przynajmniej pół roku poczekamy na zmiany przepisów w egzaminach na prawo jazdy. Nowe przepisy miały wejść życie wczoraj. Kilkumiesięczną zwłokę spowodowały opóźnienia w uruchomieniu systemu CEPiK – Centralnej Ewidencji Pojazdów i Kierowców.
Według zapowiadanych zmian młodzi kierowcy mają być na dwuletnim okresie próbnym, a wykroczenia będą karane kursem reedukacyjnym. Po zdanym egzaminie na prawo jazdy obowiązkowe będą też kursy doszkalające, np. na śliskiej nawierzchni – to pomysł chwalony przez instruktorów jazdy.
Na razie zmian nie będzie – przynajmniej przez pół roku. Tyle czasu zajmie techniczne dopracowanie nowego systemu Centralnej Ewidencji Pojazdów i Kierowców, na którym będzie się opierać rejestrowanie aut, wydawanie praw jazdy, zapisy na egzaminy, dopisywanie punktów karnych kierowców, a nawet badania techniczne samochodów.
