Kaszubska kuchnia i rzemiosło na Jarmarku Zaborskim
W Brusach będą w niedzielę prezentować kaszubską kuchnię i rzemiosło – na Jarmarku Zaborskim. Impreza będzie towarzyszyć rozpoczynającemu się jutro Międzynarodowemu Festiwalowi Folkloru.
– Warto odwiedzić Jarmark, żeby poczuć festiwalowy nastrój – przekonuje Anna Orlikowska, dyrektor Centrum Kultury i Biblioteki w Brusach.
Zespoły z Kaszub oraz z Egiptu, Izraela, Peru, Serbii, Indii, Kolumbii i Albanii będą występować do niedzieli, w siedmiu miejscowościach: Brusy, Chojnice, Konarzyny, Kościerzyna, Łubiana, Wiele i Wdzydze Kiszewskich. Na „Kaszubskich spotkaniach z Folklorem Świata” Kaszubi chcą się pochwalić tym co u nas najlepsze. Miłośnicy gotowania zmierzą się w konkursie na najlepszą potrawę z owoców leśnych, będzie można także spróbować dań tradycyjnej kaszubskiej kuchni, zapoznać się z ludowym rzemiosłem. Jarmark Zaborski rozpocznie się w niedzielę o godzinie 10 na placu Jana Pawła II w Brusach. Odbędzie się podczas finału Międzynarodowego Festiwalu Folkloru, który rozpocznie się jutro paradą i koncertem wszystkich uczestników we Wielu.
