W gminie Brusy rozpoczyna się plener poświęcony Chełmowskiemu
Józef Chełmowski wciąż inspiruje nowych artystów. W gminie Brusy rozpoczyna się plener poświęcony zmarłemu przed pięciu laty rzeźbiarzowi. Podsumowanie wraz z otwarciem wystawy odbędzie się 6 lipca.
– Wręczenie nagród odbędzie się wraz z podsumowaniem pleneru – zapowiada Anna Orlikowska, dyrektor Centrum Kultury w Brusach.
Promowaniem postaci Chełmowskiego aktywnie zajmują się: Centrum Kultury i Biblioteki w Brusach oraz Muzeum Zachodniokaszubskie w Bytowie. W tym roku zainicjowały konkurs sztuki ludowej dla początkujących artystów im. Józefa Chełmowskiego. Można było zgłaszać do niego prace w trzech kategoriach: malarstwo na szkle i płótnie oraz rzeźba. Spotkanie pod hasłem „Inspiracje Józefem Chełmowskim” odbędzie się w Centrum Kultury i Biblioteki w Brusach 6 lipca o 17:00. Rzeźbiarzy przy pracy można już podziwiać w oddziale Centrum – w Chacie Kaszubskiej w Brusach-Jagliach.
