W Brusach ruszyła modernizacja Centrum Kultury i Biblioteki
W Brusach ruszyła długo oczekiwana modernizacja Centrum Kultury i Biblioteki. Pochodzący z lat 70. ubiegłego wieku obiekt zostanie całkowicie przebudowany.
– Remont możliwy jest dzięki dotacji z Ministerstwa Kultury – mówi burmistrz Witold Ossowski.
Placówka zyska nowy wizerunek i dodatkowe pomieszczenia. Remont rozpoczęto od sali widowiskowej. Pomieszczenia biblioteczne na piętrze, po przebudowie, tworzyć będą jedno, większe i spójne wnętrze, w którym swoje miejsce znajdzie czytelnia główna z wypożyczalnią, kawiarenka literacka i sala komputerowa. Zostanie także wyodrębniona strefa dla dzieci i młodzieży, zaplecze socjalne oraz toalety, których do tej pory nie było. Obok biblioteki znajdować się będzie świetlica. Zmodernizowany zostanie również cały parter budynku. Całkowita przebudowa Centrum Kultury w Brusach będzie kosztować 5,5 mln złotych.
