90. rocznicę urodzin Jana Piepki będą obchodzić w Łebnie
Był wybitnym poetą, dramatopisarzem i kaszubskim prozaikiem – w tym roku mija 90 rocznica urodzin Jana Piepki. Wydarzenie to będą świętowali w Łebnie w gminie Szemud – rodzinnej miejscowości artysty.
– To jeden z najwybitniejszych synów naszej gminy, dlatego rok 2016 poświęciliśmy właśnie jemu – mówi dyrektor Biblioteki Publicznej gminy Szemud, Iwona Pisatowska.
Jutrzejsze uroczystości rozpoczną się o godzinie 14:00 od mszy świętej w intencji poety w kościele parafialnym w Łebnie oraz modlitwy przy jego grobie. Po nabożeństwie zaplanowano spotkanie w tamtejszym Wiejskim Ośrodku Kultury poświęcone twórczości Jana Piepki. Z jego poezją będzie można się zapoznać słuchając laureatów Gminnego Konkursu Recytatorskiego i repertuaru zespołu Koleczkowianie. Zwiedzić będzie można też Izbę Pamięci artysty. Jan Piepka tworzył w języku polskim i kaszubskim, ma w swoim dorobku kilkanaście zbiorów prozy i poezji. Zmarł w 2001 roku.
