Będą nowe przepisy pozasądowego rozstrzygania sporów
10 stycznia wejdą w życie nowe przepisy odnośnie pozasądowego rozstrzygania sporów – przypomina UOKiK.
Dla większości przedsiębiorców ta procedura będzie dobrowolna. Jednak w przypadku odrzucenia reklamacji firma musi poinformować klienta, czy zgadza się na rozwiązanie sporu poza sądem – czyli np. poprzez mediację. Brak informacji automatycznie oznacza zgodę. Listę podmiotów, które będą mogły rozwiązać spór, będzie można znaleźć na stronie Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów. Póki co, znaleźć tam można porady i wyjaśnienia odnośnie nowych regulacji.
Nowe przepisy będą obowiązywały także właścicieli sklepów internetowych. Warto pamiętać, że już teraz są oni zobowiązani do podawania linku do platformy, za pośrednictwem której konsument może przystąpić do rozwiązania sporu online.
