Nowoczesna strażnica dla żukowskiej OSP
W Żukowie zostanie zbudowana nowa siedziba Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej, będzie się w niej mieścić także Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego. Prace budowlane już się rozpoczęły.
– Teraz druhowie będą mieli nowoczesną strażnicę – mówi burmistrz Żukowa Jerzy Żurawicz.
Dotychczasowa siedziba OSP mieści się od ponad 30 lat przy ulicy Gdańskiej. W 1998 roku remiza została wprawdzie rozbudowana, ale strażacy zyskali 2 boksy garażowe, resztę przeznaczono na Urząd Gminy. Obiekt zostanie zbudowany w centrum miasta, tuż za stacją paliw przy ulicy Kościerskiej. Budowa nowej siedziby OSP wraz z Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego w Żukowie będzie kosztowała ponad 6 milionów złotych. Inwestycja ma być gotowa do końca maja 2016 roku.
