Zmiana minimalnej stawki godzinowej od lipca
Minimalna stawka godzinowa 12 zł dla umów zleceń i o świadczenie usług będzie obowiązywać od lipca tego roku.
Projekt ustawy został przekazany do konsultacji społecznych – poinformowało Ministerstwo Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Społecznej. Obecnie ustawa o minimalnym wynagrodzeniu za pracę określa zasady ustalania go wyłącznie dla osób zatrudnionych na podstawie umowy o pracę, powołania, wyboru, mianowania lub spółdzielczej umowy o pracę.
Płaca minimalna wynosi teraz 1 tysiąc 850 zł, ale możliwe jest także ustalenie stawki godzinowej dla pracownika w oparciu o wymiar pracy. Od lipca tego roku minimalna stawka wynagrodzenia obejmie umowy zlecenia oraz umowy o świadczenie usług, do których stosuje się przepisy o zleceniu, z pewnymi włączeniami. Stawka wynosić będzie 12 zł brutto za godzinę – czytamy w komunikacie na stronie internetowej resortu pracy.
Przepisy mają być stosowane do wszystkich umów, bez względu na sposób ustalania wynagrodzenia czyli np. według stawki godzinowej, miesięcznej, tygodniowej. Projekt zmian został właśnie skierowany do konsultacji społecznych. Ma wejść w życie 01 lipca bieżącego roku.
