Zmarł dr Janusz Kowalski – architekt, dziennikarz, regionalista
Zmarł dr Janusz Kowalski – architekt, dziennikarz, regionalista. Miał 92 lata.
Smutną wiadomość podano na facebookowym profilu Pomorskiej Kolei Metropolitalnej. Właśnie Dr Janusz Kowalski był wielkim orędownikiem odbudowy linii kokoszkowskiej z Gdańska w głąb Kaszub. Powstanie PKM było spełnieniem jego marzenia. Już w latach 50. na łamach „Kontrastów” dr Kowalski nawoływał do utworzenia w Gdańsku Uniwersytetu. Publikował też artykuły w „Dzienniku Bałtyckim”, „Głosie wybrzeża” i „Pomeranii”. To także on zainicjował spływy kajakowe „Śladami Remusa”.
