Złodziej torebek z powiatu kartuskiego może trafić do więzienia
Nawet 5 lat pozbawienia wolności grozi 19-latkowi, który w Żukowie ukradł torebkę. Było w niej pięć tysięcy złotych.
Mężczyzna jest dobrze znany kartuskiej policji, bo już wcześniej dopuszczał się podobnych czynów. Uchodziły mu one na sucho, bo wartość skradzionych rzeczy nie przekraczała 400 zł, co w myśl prawa jest wykroczeniem, a nie przestępstwem. Sytuacja się zmieniła, gdy 19-latek połasił się na torebkę zawierającą portfel zasobniejszy niż zwykle. Więcej na ten temat Piotr Szyca.
