Zlikwidowali nielegalną rozlewnię spirytusu pod Chwaszczynem
Nielegalną rozlewnię spirytusu pod Chwaszczynem zlikwidowali funkcjonariusze Morskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej. Wartości przejętego tam towaru wyceniono na 230 tys. zł.
Zaczęło się od przeszukania samochodu prowadzonego przez 48–letniego mieszkańca powiatu puckiego. W środku strażnicy znaleźli 200 paczek papierosów oraz 230 litrów spirytusu w litrowych i pięciolitrowych plastikowych butelkach. Następnie w Chwaszczynie przeszukano wynajmowane przez mężczyznę pomieszczenie gospodarcze. Tam ujawniono dodatkowo 700 paczek papierosów bez polskich znaków akcyzy, 45 kg tytoniu w workach oraz 2 tys. litrów spirytusu w pięciolitrowych pojemnikach zapakowanych w kartony. Zabezpieczono również szklane litrowe butelki, nakrętki oraz naklejki z napisem „Spirytus Gdański”. 48-latek przyznał, że zatrzymane towary należą do niego. Mężczyzna będzie odpowiadał za naruszenie przepisów karnych skarbowych. Grozi mu kara grzywny.
To kolejny w ostatnich dniach duży sukces Morskiego Oddziału Straży Granicznej – dziś informowaliśmy już o marihuanie wartej 300 tys zł przejętej przez strażników razem z policjantami z gdańskiego CBŚP.
