Zaostrzają walkę z paleniem śmieci w przydomowych piecach
W gminie Chmielno zaostrzają walkę z paleniem śmieci w przydomowych piecach. Zapowiadają kontrole i kierowanie spraw do sądu.
– Takie sprawy już w gminie mieliśmy, za każdym razem sąd nakładał grzywny na sprawców – informuje wójt Chmielna Jerzy Grzegorzewski.
W przypadku uzasadnionego podejrzenia o spalania odpadów pracownik Urzędu Gminy w towarzystwie policji zapuka do drzwi i pobierze próbki z pieca, które potem zostaną poddane analizie w badaniu laboratoryjnym. Jeśli wykaże ono, że w ogień trafiały np. plastikowe opakowania, to właściciel posesji zostanie ukarany na drodze sądowej. Grzywna za spalanie odpadów może wynieść nawet 5 tysięcy złotych.
