Z jarzębiny, dyni czy na ziołach – wrzesień to najlepszy czas na przygotowanie nalewek.
Receptury są tak różne jak wiele jest gospodyń na Kaszubach. Można też owoce zalewać od razu alkoholem albo najpierw połączyć je z cukrem i czekać aż wydzieli się aromatyczny syrop. Warto jednak pamiętać, by degustację rozpocząć przynajmniej po 3 miesiącach. Nalewki przydadzą się późną jesienią, pomagają też na wiele dolegliwości. Jedno jest pewne – im dłużej nalewka leżakuje tym jest smaczniejsza i więcej mocy nabiera.
