Wiejska Biblioteka Kultury ma powstać w Chwaszczynie
W Chwaszczynie ma powstać Wiejska Biblioteka Kultury.
Projekt jest oczekiwany w sołectwie – wynika z przeprowadzonej ankiety. W zamyśle ma to być nie tylko zbiór książek ale i sala komputerowa z nowoczesnym sprzętem. Nowa instytucja miałaby się zająć aktywizacją osób w różnym wieku. Seniorzy będą mogli uczestniczyć w zajęciach Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku, młodzież np. grać w gry planszowe.
– Propozycje na temat spędzania wolnego czasu w bibliotece zgłaszali mieszkańcy Chwaszczyna w przeprowadzonej ankiecie – mówi radny gminy Jacek Fopke.
Na budowę budynku władze gminy będą się starały pozyskać dofinansowanie. Na razie wiadomo jedynie, ze biblioteka ma się mieścić przy remizie OSP. Prace budowlane najprawdopodobniej rozpoczną się jeszcze w tym roku.
