Dziś ważny dzień dla przyszłości Obwodnicy Metropolitalnej Trójmiasta. Naczelny Sąd Administracyjny ma ogłosić wyrok w sprawie zaskarżonej decyzji środowiskowej.
– Liczymy na zmniejszenie korków w mieście – mówi burmistrz Wojciech Kankowski.
To dokument potrzebny by uzyskać pozwolenie na budowę. Obwodnica Metropolitalna ma połączyć Południową Obwodnicę Gdańska z Trasą Kaszubską. Dwa lata temu pięć podmiotów zaskarżyło tzw. decyzję środowiskową wydaną przez Regionalną Dyrekcję Ochrony Środowiska w Gdańsku. Sprawą zajęły się sądy, budowa trasy wypadła z listy rządowych priorytetów. Na Obwodnicę Metropolitalną czekają m.in. w Żukowie. Jeśli Naczelny Sąd Administracyjny utrzyma dziś decyzję środowiskową będzie możliwe kontynuowanie przygotowań do budowy Obwodnicy Metropolitalnej Trójmiasta. Na stronie internetowej projektu planowany termin oddania jej do użytku to rok 2022.
